Environmental comparative study of biosurfactants production and optimization using bacterial strains isolated from Egyptian oil fields

Biosurfactants have recently gained popularity because they numerous benefits over chemical synthetic surfactants, including higher biodegradability, lower toxicity, foaming, environmental compatibility, and effective properties under harsh conditions. This study aimed to produce biosurfactants by selected bacterial strains isolated from Egyptian oil fields improve recovery investigate their aspects for microbial enhanced recovery. The were incubated in a new proposed nutrient medium H with optimum surface emulsification activities.
